Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AI Job Agents. They are written to be read — plainly, once, in full. By joining the waitlist, installing the app, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AI Job Agents (“we,” “us,” or “our”) covering your access to and use of the AI Job Agents application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
AI Job Agents is a local-first macOS application that runs a team of AI agents to help you find and apply for work. The agents search job boards, score listings against your resume, tailor a resume per role, fill out application forms, draft and send outreach, and help with interview follow-ups.
The Service is currently offered as a private beta. Features, limits, and behavior may change as the product evolves. We may add, modify, or remove functionality at any time.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device, credentials, and any account information secure, and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
The app runs on your Mac and stores your data locally. You are responsible for safeguarding that device and the data on it.
4. Plans, billing, and quotas
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of metered actions — such as AI Applications, AI Resume Generations, AI Jobs Scored, and Outreach Emails — as described on our pricing page.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
- Quotas. Monthly allotments reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which provides prorated refunds based on usage not consumed.
Taxes may apply depending on your location. Pricing during the beta is early-access and may change with notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or message.
- Violate the terms, rate limits, or policies of any job board, application portal, or third-party service the Service interacts with on your behalf.
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or interfere with its operation or security.
6. AI-generated content is yours to review
The Service drafts resumes, answers, and messages using AI. You are responsible for reviewing this content before it is submitted or sent, and for ensuring everything you submit is accurate and represents you honestly.
We do not guarantee any outcome — including interviews, offers, or employment. The Service is a tool that assists your job search; the decisions, and the applications you ultimately submit, are yours.
7. Third-party services
The Service connects to third parties you authorize — job boards, application portals, model providers, email, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of third-party services.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal job search in accordance with these Terms. Your data, resumes, and the content you create remain yours.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
