Refund Policy
If a plan isn't right for you, you shouldn't pay for what you didn't use. We offer prorated refunds based on the portion of your plan you haven't consumed — measured by AI Applications Completed.
1. Our promise
We want you to pay for value you actually receive. If you decide a plan isn't for you, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on usage not consumed, measured by the number of AI Applications Completedagainst your plan's monthly allotment. The one exception is the unlimited top tier, which is handled differently — see section 3 below.
2. How a prorated refund works
Your eligibility is calculated from the share of your plan you have not used. We use AI Applications Completed as the meter, because it is the action that does the real work of your job search.
In short: the fewer of your plan's AI Applications you have completed in the current billing period, the larger the prorated refund you are eligible for. Consumed usage — the applications already completed on your behalf — is not refundable.
These prorated rules apply to every metered plan. The unlimited plan — Sacrifice to the AI Gods — has no monthly cap to prorate against, so it follows the separate rules in the next section.
3. The unlimited plan is different
The top tier — Sacrifice to the AI Gods— is unlimited, so there is no “usage not consumed” to measure against AI Applications Completed. Refunds on the unlimited plan therefore work differently:
Refunds on the unlimited plan are 50% of the amount paid for the current billing cycle — a flat rate, not prorated by usage.
You may only request a refund on the unlimited plan within the first 15 days of your subscription cycle. After day 15, the current cycle is non-refundable.
Every other plan follows the prorated rules above. To request an unlimited-plan refund, email kirk@aijobagents.co within the first 15 days, as described below.
4. How to request a refund
Email kirk@aijobagents.co to request a refund. Include the email address on your account and, if you can, a sentence on why — it helps us improve.
There is no form to fill out and no hoops to jump through. One email starts the process.
5. What happens next
- Response. You will receive a response within 1–3 business days of your request.
- Processing. If you are eligible for a refund, refund processing will start 3–5 business days after that response.
- Arrival. Once processing starts, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future monthly renewals but is not the same as a refund. If you want a prorated refund for the portion of the current period you haven't used, email us at kirk@aijobagents.co as described above.
